Bali

The mere mention of Bali evokes a feeling of being in paradise. It's more than a place; it's a mood, an aspiration, a tropical state of mind. No doubt that Bali has beaches, surfing, diving and plush resorts, but it's the essence of Bali that dominates the trip. The local inhabitants of this small island are generous and genuinely warm people – interactions with them may be the highlight for you. Needless to say, when it’s an Encompass trip, there's fun, exciting experiences, curated culinary affairs, shopping tips and sobering up only when it’s a must. Bali's rich culture and many stunning sights are what takes the city’s sheer delight to another level. Because Bali is fun, no matter what your travel tastes are. Seminyak has shops and designers, Kerobokan has luxe beachside resorts and superb eating, Kuta and Legian have the nightlife, and Canggu is a wrap of all.

Day 1:

Arrive at the Ngurah Rai Airport and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day relaxing at your hotel with greens all around and excellent local cuisine.

Day 2:

We whisk you away to Nusa Lembongan Island on a cruise where you can relax on the golden sands at a beachfront resort. Relax in the idyllic tropical setting and savour the barbeque lunch, village tours, banana boat, and ocean kayaking. You can make the day as packed or relaxed as you’d like.

The evening is reserved for Special Royal Tugu Dom theatrical dining experience, illustrating the royal parades of the king and his entourage with a lavish selection of imperial dishes of the Majapahit Palace.  It is a Balinese themed evening: dinner with everyone dressing up (kebaya / sarong) with Balinese cultural entertainment, incl the spectacular fire-dance and kecak.

Day 3:

You can choose from a multitude of activities today or extend the trip to accommodate more. You can select from snorkelling or an open jeep tour to a volcano and lunch followed by blessing from a priest at an ancient temple. The third option is rafting on the Ayung River to notch up the action. We also have a fourth option of experiencing the famous Bali swing and waterfall trek followed by lunch. We would recommend you split these experiences into multiple days to add more to your trip.

Day 4:

Fly home.
